Cognitive assessment summary report 

Extra time in exams can only be provided when a student has been identified as working slower than their peers. 

Examples include :

• Writing slowly 

• Reading slowly 

• Slow cognitive processing 

• Weak working memory 

• Weak visual processing 

A cognitive assessment summary report will include the results of psychometric testing, recommendations for exam support and strategies to be adopted within the classroom.
